The founders of Seniors Choosing to Live at Home began their careers in more traditional senior living services. Only after founding a home care agency and serving as Executive Director and Director of Marketing over two senior living communities, as well as Project Manager for the development of two senior living properties, did the founders’ thinking begin to change.

 

Home is a Safe-Haven

The fact is, people prefer to remain in the dwelling they recognize as home. The founders focused on this desire and aimed to meet the needs of adults by bringing the amenities of retirement living right to their front door.

"I contacted Seniors Choosing to Live at Home asking if they could get a 24 hour care schedule for my mom as soon as possible. I was absolutely amazed that they were able to get it in place by the next day! I was trying to get her into a Rehab facility and it took about 10 days to get that in place and it was check day by day. I had to made daily calls to Seniors Choosing to Live at Home to keep adding a day or two. They were able to work with me and keep coverage for her at all times. I don't know what I would have done without them during this difficult time. Mom was very happy with the staff that came. Besides attending to her needs many of the staff also changed her bed, did laundry, cleaned her refrigerator out, etc. Thanks again to everyone who helped me from beginning to end at Seniors Choosing to Live at Home!"
